Proud Sis of a Great Cook

Hi Everyone!!!

Boy!!! am i glad to have a cook like my bro in our family..........for me he is the best thing to have happened (coz, I am a lover of good food, something that's different). Cooking has always fascinated me and even those who are called great cooks fascinate me. "Concoction" is the word here and hey, guess what!!??, it's a lovely concoction on your table with my bro having done your plate...........yummmmm. I do not have to fear if I am out in the jungle with him coz I know he wud find something there and keep me away from starving.......ha ha ha...It needs guts to just throw something into your chicken, mutton, pork or beef, and finally at the end of it, turn it into a mouth-watering dish.....and my bro has it all written down in his brains.......

L'Introduzione

Hello all you dear ones…

Food, recipes, tips, tricks, garnish, serving, and EATING…..This is what this blog is totally about… So, check back every once in a while to hear from a food lover who takes pride in cooking them himself…

The name Foo-J has a little bit of a history to it: A dear friend of mine, Raghu, enjoys my cooking like no other and has called me several names, but one fine evening with delectables aplenty and spritz at their best, he said "hey you should be called Food Jockey da" then, downing another crystal handful meat with it, he says, "actually, it should be Foo-J, you should be called Foo-J, get me another mix here"…

So, the name Foo-J, it made a lot of sense: Mostly all that there is to cook, bake, or make has already been done; one would have heard of it, read of it, even had it…But each recipe comes out differently with every other individual who cooks it and when it comes to me, I deliberately deviate from the recipe to leave a distinct flavor, and of course tastier than what is usually made. Hence, Foo-J made sense and stuck:

Foo-J: A person who, though can't create anything new, can tactfully learn and add, deviate, mix and match food to everyone's liking and his own satisfaction.

Here, I will share my experience with food, "CREATING" food, common recipes, recipes on request from readers, advices to party hosts, plan menu and party for my readers and if feasible, physically be there and assist them throw a party of their life…

I would be adding as co-authors people who have shared a meal with me, enjoyed my cooking and have partied with, hope they all have at least one good thing to say about my passion…

So my dear ones, that's all for now from this passionate food lover (more so to cook and feed than eat)…
