"Keep it simple silly"

After a tiring long day; whole day's worth of standing, waiting, and grumbling, I returned home ready to curl up on the curb.  Cooking for me is not just a pleasurable hobby but also a therapy of sorts and hence wanted to cook something mainly to get a gruesome day out of my head and come at peace with myself.

Got me some chicken, in no mood for grandeur, resorted to my basics and with just a couple pods of garlic, handful onion and tomato, a little garam masala and green chillies concocted this sweet thick gravy that was, "As Always" finger licking good. Not just that, the simple refreshing aroma that filled the whole house added to the taste and also soothed my nerves.

Food: The best remedy; and keeping it simple really did pay off!!!
